Cleaning Service
The cleaning service only cleans the common areas of the house. The kitchen and dishes are the responsibility of our guests.
Final cleaning fee: €250.00.

VILLAGE RULES
- Kid-friendly – games and DVDs provided
- Pets are allowed on request (additional fee).
- Smoking is not permitted in rooms or indoor public areas.
- The pool does not have a lifeguard service. Access hours to the pool area from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. We recommend that children use it under adult supervision.
- Barbecue: must be supervised by adults and owners must be informed when used due to fire prevention safety measures.
- Commercial activities cannot be carried out. If you require the property for commercial purposes such as hosting events, please contact us for more details.
RATES AND PAYMENT POLICY
Our rates vary by season and weekend rates may also apply.
How many people will sleep in the Villa? The Villa has a maximum capacity of 15 guests. We charge €35 per person per day from guest number 10.
The rate always includes 10% VAT included.
Additional Fees
- Tourist tax not included which is €1.00 per person/day (to be paid upon arrival)
- Final cleaning fee: €250.00
- Pets: reservation fee
CHECK-IN / CHEK-OUT
The Chek-In will take place between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at Villa Caprici. For arrivals after 9:00 p.m., please inform in advance.
Check-Out will be before 11:00 a.m.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out upon request. Please inquire directly with us for availability and additional rate. We always try to do the best we can!
During Check-In, a card authorization of €1,000.00 will be required in case of breakage and as a guarantee, which will be returned at the end of the holiday after Check-Out.
PAYMENT POLICY
Once you confirm your property reservation, we will block those dates for you. To do this, 30% of the total reservation must be paid (the 30% deposit is non-refundable) by bank transfer or credit card.
Six weeks before the arrival date, full payment (remaining 70%) must be made to guarantee the reservation. If you do not make this payment on time, your reservation may be canceled and your deposit may be lost.
